As a very very pale person, I have to practice a lot of skin protection or I get all lobsta-fied and it is not so great for me. Thus, I was very thankful when floppy hats started becoming a thing because suddenly they were available for purchase very cheaply and also in styles that don't make me totally look like the old lady I am at heart. So I bought this floppy hat and now I have to use way less face sunscreen and though the neutrogena sunscreen I have is okay for my face, it is still happier when it doesn't have to wear sunscreen at all. Hopefully the PNW will brighten up here now that it is July an we will have some real sun for me to go wear it in!
